The West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval is legendary. On October 31st from 6 PM to 11 PM, Santa Monica Boulevard is shut down between La Cienega and Doheny Drive for a street party like no other. The boulevard is packed with bars, restaurants, and some of the most creative costumes you’ll ever see. This event is geared toward adults, and families with kids or dogs should definitely skip the festivities. You will find yourself shoulder to shoulder with partygoers, and it’s no place for strollers and canines.
